  • Why should I invest in Multifamily
    Multifamily offers a lower level of investment risk compared to other assets. It also creates a passive income with an option to defer taxes into your next multifamily deal.
  • How much money do I need to invest
    Once you have figured out if you are an accredited investor or not, deals can start out at a $25,000 to $100,000 entry.
  • Do I own the building if I invest
    You own shares of the company that purchases the building/asset.
  • Do I have to have experience before I invest
    Quite the opposite. Many people invest passively first before they venture out on their own. Others who love their current occupation invest passively as a way to generate additional streams of income.
  • Can I use a Real Estate Agent
    From a passive investment perspective there is not a role for a Real Estate Agent to play. Multifamily investments are considered commercial and the regulations are different that residential homes and investments.
  • How many people can invest
    If it is a 506(c) raise, meaning only accredited investors are allowed, there is no limit.
  • Can I use my 401(k) to invest
    You are able to use different types of IRAs. Please contact us for more information.
  • How long does it take to get your money back
    There is no specific answer. A high performing asset can provide a return in the first quarter it is purchased. However, an asset that is very distressed may not provide a return for the first year.
  • When will I know when to invest
    If you have joined our Investor List you will receive an email once the group has an offering to present. Personally, it will never feel like the right time. You work hard for your money, sometimes things you love is hard to part with. So you have to invest when you feel comfortable with the returns and deal.
