Why do we ask about your personal finances and property... Because our group helps you, the public, invest their money into Multifamily deals. The IRS classifies individuals in this situation based off of their income. Accredited and Non-Accredited Investors. Income gives them a rough idea of how safe and knowledgeable the general public could be investing into a deal. Large deals require a high amount of upfront capital, which means that more people will be needed to invest into the deal to reach the financial goal. Accredited Investors either bringing in over $200,000 a year or owning a million dollar vacation or investment property are more likely to have Attorneys, CPAs, Financial Advisors etc. to advise them. Whereas, those who fall under that category are more susceptible to fraud.

Please seek the counsel of your Attorney or CPA for further advice or details.
